Refund and Returns

At Siostore.com, we love our customers and want you to enjoy shopping with us. However, because we work hard to keep our prices affordable and ensure smooth delivery, our return and refund policy is limited to certain cases. Please read carefully before making your purchase.


Return Policy

We only accept returns or offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must include clear photo and video evidence of the damage or defect. Without sufficient proof, we cannot process a return or refund.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is not damaged or defective
  • Issues caused by incorrect usage or surface incompatibility
  • Damage due to local shipping carrier handling
  • Change of mind or incorrect expectations

If your return is approved, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for exchange.


Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], including photo and video proof.
If you fail to report the damage within this period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
