Order Processing
- Orders are charged once placed and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days.
- To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
- We require 2–5 business days on average to fulfill and dispatch your order to our carrier’s facility. Some items may take longer during peak seasons or if stock is limited (up to 10 days).
- Once your order has entered our shipping process, we are unable to make changes (including address changes). Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We only ship on business days (Monday–Friday). No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on product availability and partner locations.
- Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

- Europe: 10–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–21 business days

Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number, sent via email once your package is dispatched.
- Please allow several days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no updates, contact us at [email protected].
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Siostore.com cannot predict or control these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
- Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Siostore.com is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- If tracking confirms delivery to your address but you did not receive the package, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- For damaged goods, claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Since we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot make address changes after an order has been placed.
